MHCET PATTERN & SYLLABUS
The MH-CET Law Examination is conducted every year by the Maharashtra Government for admission to 3 years and 5 years law UG programs in Maharashtra. It is a uniform entrance exam for applicants to the Maharashtra state’s several government law colleges.
Eligibility: The candidate should be an Indian citizen to register for this exam. There is no maximum age requirement for the examination. Candidates must have graduated from a recognized board or institution with an overall grade point average of 45% for the general category and 40% for those from the SC/ST categories in the 10+2 exam.
Pattern of Examination
As per the examination pattern-
• The examination mode is a computer-based examination in an online mode.
• It consists of 150 multiple-choice questions. One question one mark. No negative marking.
• The test medium is English or Marathi.
• The duration of time for the exam is 2 hours
Syllabus:
• Legal Reasoning and Legal Aptitude- 40 MCQ (40 marks)
• General Knowledge with Current Affairs- 30 MCQ (30 marks)
• Logical and Analytical Reasoning- 40 MCQ (40 marks)
• English- 30 MCQ (30 marks)
• Mathematical Aptitude- 10 MCQ (10 marks)
